Drop-In Yoga

Come and get your body moving during our Non-Heated Yoga classes!

These classes will lead you through a variety of standing pictures that will help you transition to deep-seated postures; these postures will work your core and back as well. This energetic flow series will focus on building strength with long holds while releasing tension in deep stretches. These classes will leave you feeling strong, relaxed and grounded. Bring your mat, water bottle, as well as an open mind and heart.
